Cut the bread into bite sized pieces and place in an 8 x 8 inch dish.
In a saucepan heat the heavy cream over medium heat.
Meanwhile, put the chocolate chips into a medium sized bowl.
When the cream comes to a simmer remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips; whisk.
Add the sugar, milk, egg, egg yolks, and vanilla and whisk.
Pour the mixture over the bread. Let sit for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Just before placing the bread pudding in the oven top with chopped Cadbury eggs and chopped pecans.
Bake for 45 minutes. Check at about 30 minutes if it is getting too brown cover with foil.
Once out of the oven allow to sit for about 15 minutes and serve.
