I love Easter candy. Really I love all candy, but I think the best stuff comes out around Easter time. Peeps, jelly beans and Cadbury Creme Eggs…you name it, I like it! I know many people do not like black jelly beans, but those are my favorite. In fact, I only eat black and pink jelly beans. I also love snacking, so making this Easter Bunny Munch just seemed natural to me.
The basket in the picture above was Kara’s Easter basket growing up. Even though the Easter Bunny does not come to our houses anymore we’re still filling that basket up with goodies. We decided to make this Easter Bunny Munch and separate it into decorator bags. That way they kind of look like carrots. Cute, right? A ribbon on top and it’s a sweet treat that you can pass out to friends or co-workers. We chose jelly beans (the real thing, no Jelly Bellies or Starburst Jelly Beans for me!), Mini Cadbury Creme Eggs and Cadbury Mini Eggs for our candies, but the possibilities are endless. What are your favorites?
