Last weekend Kara and I went, along with my roommate Alana, Kara’s friends, and our Moms, to this place in Mount Prospect called Dave’s Specialty Foods. We got a big enough group together so that we could have a private session with Dave. Dave cooked while we ate and drank. A perfect situation. It was a blast!!
Since we were heading to the burbs for Dave’s anyway, Alana and I went to Kara and Cliff’s so that Alana could see their new digs. While we were there, Alana joined us as guest blogger for the day and she showed us a yummy snack.
At our apartment we eat TONS of popcorn. Mostly in the form of Skinny Pop (absolute fave), but sometimes we’ll make homemade too. Alana made this popcorn a couple months ago and we both loved it! It’s so easy to make and it’s a great snack! Thanks for sharing your recipe and joining in our LLP antics girl!

Here’s what you’ll need. Plus salt…which we forgot to picture

Heat oil in a pan and cook the garlic cloves, just until fragrant. Discard cloves.

Pop the popcorn, either in the microwave or on the stove

In a large bowl, that has a top, add popcorn, dill, parmesan cheese and infused oil

Shake it all up. That’s all there is to it 🙂

Pick out a good movie and munch on this delicious snack!
