Recently, we were asked by the peeps at Just Born, Inc., to host a giveaway for our readers. We could not be a better candidate for a PEEPS® giveaway. We love ourselves some PEEPS® around here. Growing up, I was never a big PEEPS® fan. But, my Mom was. She would buy us PEEPS® knowing she would be the one to eat them. Last year, I was introduced to the goodness that is the chocolate covered PEEPS®. Game changer!
The wonderful people at PEEPS AND COMPANY® sent us a variety of different PEEPS® to try. There was vanilla cream, strawberry, chocolate mousse, dark chocolate covered raspberry PEEPS®, milk chocolate covered raspberry PEEPS®, chocolate covered cherry PEEPS®, MIKE AND IKE® and HOT TAMALES®. I am probably forgetting some varieties, too. My personal favorites are the chocolate covered PEEPS®, but I really loved the chocolate mousse PEEPS® too!
In addition to eating a year’s supply of PEEPS® in 2 hours, we also made PEEPS® Valentine’s Day flower arrangements. They turned out super cute! Loose directions are included below. Feel free to customize it any way you’d like! We made two different versions. One, with PEEPS® in the vase and one with MIKE AND IKE® in the vase as filler.

Here is what you’ll need
PEEPS® candies
6+ bamboo skewers
green ribbon ( I made 12 “flowers” and used about 10 yards of ribbon)
spray adhesive
scissors
filler – either more Peeps or candy
greenery
floral foam
vase
Directions
Spray 1 bamboo skewer at a time with adhesive. Cut the ribbon about 1.5 feet long. Wrap the ribbon around the skewer beginning about 1 inch from the point. Secure the ribbon on the bottom with more glue. Repeat for each skewer. Place the floral foam in the vase. Surround with either PEEPS® or candies. Stick the skewers into the floral foam. I stuck the skewers in front further into the foam. Stick a PEEPS® onto each skewer. Add some greenery.
Note: This was intended just for looks. If you want to give the arrangement to someone so they can eat it, I would use a glue gun to secure the ribbon. Just do not glue the parts where the PEEPS® touches the bamboo skewer. Wrap the whole thing in cellophane.
