Happy St. Patrick’s Day! I hope you all enjoyed your weekends. My family and I made a delicious St. Patty’s feast complete with corned beef, carrots, potatoes, cabbage and Irish soda bread. Yum! So I am still thinking green and still in the holiday spirit. We have one more green recipe for you before we say goodbye to shamrocks and hello to bunnies!
Last week we posted these Green Tea Cheesecake Swirl Brownies, which were delicious!! However, I still wanted to experiment with the Matcha powder and make more healthy recipes, after all Matcha powder has a lot of health benefits. As much as I love brownies, I can only indulge every once in awhile. Matcha powder is high in antioxidants and can help boost metabolism. Sign me up!! We made this smoothie and loved it!!
Also…Happy Birthday Mom!!! <3 Love you.
