Peeps Pops

Peeps Pops

St. Patrick’s Day is over and we are ready to move on to the next holiday. Cliff, Winnie, and I are heading to California for Easter this year. We are going to visit with Cliff’s Grandma, Dad, Stepmom and the rest of the family. Hopefully, we will get some good weather. Since we will be gone this year we are going to celebrate Easter early, starting now! Winnie is too young for egghunts and coloring eggs but she still needs an Easter basket full of candy. Even if it means I have to eat it!

We made a couple super simple Easter treats for you this past weekend. One of the things we made were these Peeps pops. I have never been a big fan of Peeps. That is until I tried chocolate covered Peeps. Game changer. Way better than ordinary Peeps! Throw in some tasty toppings and they are irresistible. We topped our chocolate covered Peeps with peanuts, coconut, and pretty Spring-y sprinkles. You can do anything you’d like though. These make for some really easy and festive Easter treats you can share with your family.
